Mike Cullins is a second-generation plumber and plumbing contractor who started in the late 60’s working for his father’s family business in San Rafael California.  Mike took over the family business in 1975 and continued working as a plumbing contractor in the North Bay until 1998 when he officially started Cullins Plumbing and Fire Protection. In 2002 the business relocated to the Big Island of Hawaii and he continues to operate as a Hawaii State Licensed Master Plumber and Licensed Plumbing Contractor.
 
Leslie Hayes Cullins spent approximately 20 years in the plumbing wholesale/retail industry with experience in showroom sales. This allows her to easily identify fixtures and faucets as well helps her in ordering parts. Leslie is a  licensed Journeyman Plumber
